About Brooke
I do not take a lot of clients at once just because when you are my client I want to make sure I am there for you whenever you message me or when you need to talk, so I try to not have such a big load of clients at the same time. So within the year I would say I have helped a couple dozen! Some people just need me for workouts and what to do in the gym, some people just want to know how to fuel their body with the correct type of food, or some of you need both!! I do have some fitness challenges and I also do one on one coaching. Its really what matches your goals. So if you are ready to crush your goals, I am ready to help and support you and cannot wait to see you strive!!

If you are wanting to meet up, whether its for a check in, working out, or even grocery shopping for the proper foods to fuel your body, I am more than willing to do so. But my rate is going to be a bit higher compared to just video chats. The more hours you pay for up front, whether its video chat or in person, the cost per hour will be cheaper. But we can discuss that when the time comes!
