About Cande
What really got me into yoga was the way it can connect body and mind in a powerfull way. I just love the way I feel after the stretching, strengthening and breathing! I feel like everyone should be doing it regularly in some form. Then the world would be more peaceful over all and people happier in general!
I started practicing yoga at age of 18 after 11 years studying at a dance school, searching for an holistic discipline. It made me feel so good that i wanted to share it with more people.
I started a one year long purna yoga certificaction endorsed by the Argentine Federation of Ayurveda and Yogatherapy, Argentine Union of Yoga, Yoga Arte Córdoba, International Organization of Ayurveda and Yoga Yogatherapy, and Sarva Purnam International Yoga Society. I continue training as a professional by studying different courses and workshops.
I have now 5 years of experience teaching power yoga, hatha vinyasa, stretching and aerial yoga online.
