About Hashem

I am Hashem, a teacher with passion and enthusiasm towards languages and business administration. I have seven years of experience in tutoring university-level students and two years of tutoring school-level students. I began tutoring during my last year in high school. I used to help younger students in their English, Arabic (my mother tongue), and French classes. I finished my bachelor's degree and started to work in the management and marketing field, which gave me real-life experience in both fields. During my work, I obtained my master's degree in marketing and my PhD in business administration, which gave me also a great theoretical knowledge in the field. In 2012, I decided to go after my old passion and changed my career to be a university instructor in management and marketing, which gave me a diversified experience in creating learning methods and means. In parallel, I used to volunteer to teach Arabic for middle and high school students, and French for beginners. I am a native Arabic speaker. I read, write, and speak Arabic fluently. I also teach French for beginners, I used French for years in school and I passed the DELF B1, B2 (DELF is a diploma awarded by the French Ministry of Education to prove the French-language skills of non-French candidates). I applied for IELTS twice, in both times I obtained the mark needed, I was able then to help several IELTS applicants to enhance their skills in order to apply for the test. I am a highly capable and experienced administrative professional. I have 16 years of experience in management, human resources, procurement, finance, university teaching, and training. I am a certified Pearson Education trainer of trainers. I taught management, marketing, human resources, total quality management, and other management aspects. I am Hashem, a passionate teacher with expertise in languages and business administration. My academic journey includes a bachelor’s degree, a master’s in marketing, and a PhD in business administration, complemented by extensive professional experience in management, marketing, human resources, procurement, finance, and training. In 2012, I pursued my passion for education and became a university instructor in management and marketing, where I developed diverse teaching methods and engaged students in business-related subjects. Alongside my academic career, I volunteered to teach Arabic to middle and high school students and French to beginners. As a native Arabic speaker, I am fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the language. I also hold DELF B1 and B2 certifications in French and have experience preparing students for IELTS, having successfully taken the exam myself twice. With 16 years of combined professional and teaching experience, I bring both practical and theoretical knowledge to my students. I am also a certified Pearson Education trainer of trainers and have taught courses in management, marketing, human resources, and total quality management.
