Hi! I have over 10 years of intensive training in traditional Chinese dance, which has given me a deep, professional-level understanding of flexibility, core strength, and body alignment. Having practiced rigorous stretching techniques since the age of 4, I know exactly how to help others safely increase their range of motion, improve mobility, and build structural strength.
