About Mona
I’m a Harvard undergraduate studying economics, statistics, and Arabic. I was raised in the Levant, so Arabic is my native language. I’ve taught Arabic before in my hometown, and I really enjoy seeing students gain confidence in their language skills.
Outside of academics, I love baking, writing poetry, practicing martial arts, and horse riding!

My lessons are structured to guide you step by step, building your skills gradually so you feel confident as you progress. I meet you where you are in your journey, and we take it from there, making sure your foundations are solid before moving forward into more advanced topics.
I also write poetry, and I incorporate it into our lessons as part of the diverse texts we explore. This allows you to develop a deeper feel for the language and culture, while strengthening vocabulary and comprehension.
