About Darrell
Do you ever find yourself struggling to bridge the gap between abstract equations and the actual physical reality they represent? Having spent 13 years guiding students through the complexities of circuit analysis, kinematics, and optics, I have developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of physics. My academic foundation at Harvard University and my current PhD work inform how I approach units and measurements or graph interpretation. I find that math is always in the room, but it always serves the physics, and I enjoy helping students see that connection clearly.

Admittedly, the most enjoyable part of my day involves watching a student grasp a complex concept for the first time. I prioritize a diagnostic test for every student before we begin to establish a baseline for our work.
My methodology relies on my 6.0 rating to ensure clarity during our sessions on conceptual learning or homework help. Since I frame every formula with physical meaning first, I spend time ensuring you understand the why before we solve the how.
