About Briana
I grew up in the French culture, studying the language at École Bilingue de Berkeley since I was three years old. I first developed my love for teaching the language when I started French club at my high school when I was 15 years old. Now, as a French Major at NYU, I tutor many students in everything from grammar to oral conversation.

I love to teach beginners who are eager and interested in learning a new language. I like to make lessons not only about the language but about the student as well, building a curriculum around their interests. It is important to teach 1) to remember (not just to pass), and 2) things that one may actually use if they were to visit France, putting students "au courant".
