I am an outgoing person who likes to be fun around students and takes teaching as a hobby. I like students who ask questions and suggest their own ways of learning. I see the teaching process as just guiding students to find out by themselves.They are their own best teachers if they know how to garner knowledge.
I am also very good at helping students realize their potential and discover their real talents.

My lesson plans usually are created according to the students I am teaching. They have creative teaching ideas that kills boredom and instigates thinking. They focus on the social, mental and psychological aspects of learning.They are loaded with examples that simplifies teaching . I am so flexible with my lesson plans too. If it requires I might improvise the whole time forgetting about them. The best plans are those that go from where students are at and adapt to their learning level.
