About Olivia
My love for gymnastics and dance began at an early age and has only continued to grow. Over the years, I have trained, competed, and coached gymnastics in various countries. In 2017, I qualified at the USA Gymnastics Women’s State Championships. A few years later, I trained and competed in my home country Sweden, before moving to New Zealand in 2020. After 15 years in the sport, I decided to retire from competing and place my focus on coaching instead.
Alongside my gymnastics training, I have done various styles of dance, with a focus on acro and contemporary. I have always loved choreographing and have been creating my own gymnastics and dance routines since I was young.
I am currently an acro teacher at multiple studios in Auckland and have coached recreational gymnastics for 4+ years.

Regardless of whether you need help mastering your handstands or perfecting choreography for a floor/beam/dance routine, I have the experience and support you need to achieve your goals! My lessons are flexible and will be adjusted to meet your needs :)
Lessons can be for any of the following:

2. Choreography
3. Overall strength and conditioning
4. Stretching and flexibility
I am able to coach 45min to 2 hour lessons.
