About George
I am an 18 year old musician with over 10 years guitar experience offering flexible guitar tuition from my purpose-built home studio in Wokingham.
I started teaching guitar November 2017, and since then have taught 8 students.
I was given my first guitar on my 8th birthday and have played ever since, achieving merits in Rockschool Grade 8 Electric Guitar and Grade 7 Bass Guitar. I have toured and recorded in Reading-based band Valeras for 6 years.

I offer tuition to all players of any age or ability. I am most experienced in teaching beginner to intermediate players from ages 6-18.
My teaching style is specifically tailored to each individual student's interests and ambitions. As well as guitar playing skill, I help my students develop a musical ear, and curiosity and enthusiasm for music. Any and all guitar playing at home is encouraged but you will leave each lesson with suggestions on what to practice and improve before the next session.
If you are interested in learning grades, I recommend the Rockschool syllabus, so far I have taught from Grade Debut up to Grade 3.
