About Theo
I am a passionate Guitar tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching college students. I believe learning guitar should be enjoyable, practical, and confidence-building. My aim is to help students feel comfortable with the instrument and enjoy making music.
My teaching style is flexible and supportive. I understand that each student has different goals and learning speeds. I take time to understand their needs and design lessons that help them progress step by step.
I use innovative teaching methods such as song-based learning, structured practice plans, and hands-on technique exercises. Students learn chords, strumming patterns, fingerstyle techniques, and rhythm by playing real songs. I also use backing tracks to improve timing and confidence.
Music theory is taught in a simple and practical way so students can easily apply it on the guitar. I also encourage creativity through improvisation and basic songwriting activities.
I create a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and relaxed. My goal is to help college students become confident guitar players who enjoy practicing and expressing themselves through music.

My goal is to mentor students into becoming confident, creative, and self-reliant musicians who can enjoy, create, and perform music.
