About Mihail
I’m a guitarist and composer with a degree in Music from Coventry University, and I’ve spent years developing both my technical precision and my musical identity. My approach combines disciplined daily practice—alternate picking, legato, hybrid picking, hammer-ons/pull-offs from nowhere—with a deep study of improvisation, melody, and how scales, modes, and harmony connect. My goal as a musician has always been to play the ideas I hear in my head, to shift keys and tonalities freely, and to express real emotion through phrasing and tone. That is also the foundation of how I teach. I don’t believe in gatekeeping or keeping “secrets.” The proof is always in the playing, and you can hear exactly what I do on my YouTube channel, where I share compositions, riffs, and technical demonstrations. I want students to progress fast, avoid years of inefficient technique, and discover the tonal world they naturally resonate with—whether it’s major, minor, bluesy, harmonic, modal, or something more experimental. Finding your sound is a journey, but I guide students through the fundamentals and the creative process so they can build confidence, play with intention, and unlock their own musical voice.

I’m a modern guitarist specializing in alternate, hybrid, and economy picking, as well as melodic phrasing, composition, and improvisation. After years of refining my own technique through targeted practice, thousands of backing-track sessions, and deep study of efficient mechanics, I now help students approach the guitar with clarity and intention.
My teaching is built on one idea:
Small technical details create massive differences in progress.
Whether it’s left-hand thumb placement, right-hand resting position, or how to strike a string for clean tone with minimal effort—these fundamentals determine how fast you improve.
I give students the real, proven methods that work. No gatekeeping, no “mystery tricks,” no bad habits copied from famous guitarists whose quirks don’t translate well to beginners. I show you the most efficient technique from day one, monitor your progress, and help you develop both technically and musically as fast as possible.
