About Nora
My interest in guitar began when I first heard live acoustic music and became curious about how melodies and rhythms are created on the instrument. I started practicing guitar during my early studies and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the creativity involved in music performance. This passion encouraged me to pursue formal training and complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance.
Over the past 8 years, I have worked with students who want to learn guitar for personal enjoyment and musical development. Some learners are beginners who are exploring the instrument for the first time, while others want to improve their technique and rhythm skills. My teaching approach focuses on patience, encouragement, and clear step-by-step guidance.
Outside teaching, I enjoy practicing guitar and exploring different musical styles. I often study songs from various genres to understand how musicians create unique sounds and rhythms. Teaching guitar allows me to share my love for music and support students as they develop confidence in their own musical abilities.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students understand the instrument while building strong playing habits from the beginning. New learners start by learning the basic parts of the guitar, proper hand positioning, and simple rhythm exercises. I guide students through basic chords and easy strumming patterns so they can begin playing simple songs early in their learning journey. These first lessons help students feel comfortable holding the instrument and understanding how sound is produced.
As students become more confident, lessons expand to include chord progressions, rhythm variations, and melody playing. I explain how timing, tempo, and finger movement influence the quality of sound. Students practice moving between chords smoothly while keeping a steady rhythm. These exercises help learners improve coordination between both hands and develop stronger musical control.
Learning guitar becomes easier with patience and regular practice. I encourage students to practice small sections of music carefully rather than rushing through songs. Over time, learners develop stronger finger strength, better rhythm awareness, and greater confidence in their playing ability. My goal is to help students enjoy the process of learning guitar while steadily improving their musical skills.
