About Maciej
I am a graduate of Music Theory and Composition from The College of Idaho, USA.
I have been involved with the guitar for 10 years, starting with tedious and independent learning of rock'n'roll riffs from YouTube, to playing in the rhythm section of a jazz band at my college, and everything in between. It is to this variety of musical experiences that I owe my development as a guitarist and musician. This is a trait that I value the most and that I want to pass on to others.

Hi!
Are you just beginning our adventure with the guitar? Have you been trying to make progress for a long time, but you seem to be standing still? Or maybe you just want to play a few simple chords at the next family campfire?
Wonderful! With a bit of patience and determination, I will help you achieve all of your musical goals and lead you towards new challenges.
Regardless of your current experience with the guitar, whether you are just starting out, or have some experience behind you, we will definitely find a common language. I will teach you how to play what you care about the most, as well as how to do it with heart, passion, and confidence.
I will gladly show you:
- Guitar playing techniques: body posture, hand positioning, chord shapes, technical exercises, sound production, etc.
- All about music theory and how to put it into practice: scales, intervals, harmony are just the beginning!
- The secrets of improvising and playing with other musicians
- How your favorite songs are structured, the basics of composition, and how to use this knowledge to create your own songs
- How to play artistically, emotionally, and with sensitivity
- How to make guitar playing fun and enjoyable
- Everything else we can think of!
Lessons take place in the center of Poznań, on Rybaki Street. It is also possible for me to travel to you, depending on how long it would take me - to be agreed upon individually. Online lessons are also possible, although it would be good to see each other in person at least from time to time!
Lesson time is from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your preferences and needs.
I have 2 guitars. electric and one acoustic, and it is also possible to use these instruments during lessons when these take place at my apartment.
