About Emi
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar Studies, focusing on performance techniques, modern music styles, and ensemble playing. Over the past 6 years, I have trained students across different levels, helping them build both technical skill and musical creativity.
My teaching style is practical, structured, and adaptable. I focus on simplifying complex techniques and helping students build confidence step by step while maintaining steady progress in both rhythm and expression. Beyond teaching, I continue exploring different guitar genres, recording techniques, and live performance practices.
I also participate in musical projects that help me stay connected to real-world playing experience. One of the most rewarding parts of my journey is seeing students evolve from hesitant beginners into confident performers who can play fluently, improvise naturally, and express their own musical personality through the instrument. Watching students develop their own style, overcome timing and coordination challenges, and eventually perform confidently in front of others is what continuously strengthens my passion for teaching and keeps me improving as an educator every single day.

My guitar lessons focus on helping students build strong technical foundations while developing rhythm accuracy, chord fluency, and creative musical expression through structured and engaging practice. I teach strumming techniques, chord transitions, finger coordination, improvisation, and tone control so students can confidently play across different musical styles. Lessons are practical and performance-oriented, ensuring real musical application.
Beginners focus on tuning, basic chords, rhythm counting, and simple strumming patterns to build control and comfort. Intermediate learners work on smoother chord changes, fingerstyle techniques, rhythm variation, and improvisation skills. Advanced students refine solo performance, expressive phrasing, advanced rhythm structures, and stage-ready playing techniques.
I also train students to build effective practice routines that improve consistency and independence. This helps them continue progressing outside lessons and gradually develop their own musical identity and style.
