I hold a Bachelor’s in Guitar Performance and Contemporary Music Studies and have 9 years of experience teaching guitar to diverse learners. My guitar lessons focus on developing technique, musical interpretation, and confidence in performance. Lessons cover fingerstyle technique, chord progressions, scales, soloing, improvisation, strumming patterns, tone shaping, and expressive phrasing. I incorporate exercises, repertoire practice, improvisation challenges, and simulated performance scenarios to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Each session is designed to balance technical rigor with creative freedom, encouraging learners to explore their own musical voice.
Beginners are guided through foundational skills, including basic chords, finger placement, rhythm, and reading tablature or notation. Intermediate learners work on advanced chords, melodic phrasing, improvisation, and complex rhythm patterns. Advanced learners focus on soloing techniques, performance preparation, stylistic interpretation, and musical expression. I ensure each lesson adapts to the student’s goals while fostering creativity and motivation.
Guitar lessons strengthen technical skill, musical understanding, and self-confidence. My goal is to help learners enjoy music while developing competence and expressive ability. Lessons create a supportive environment where students grow, experiment, and gain the tools to perform confidently and creatively.
