About Perla
Have you ever wondered why certain scales and modes feel so intuitive when played correctly? Teaching provides a way for me to share the music theory, songwriting, and ear training techniques I studied during my MMus Music Performance at the University of Otago.
I spend my time helping players master lead guitar and blues progressions through disciplined practice. Balancing the technical demands of electric technique and improvisation with genuine musical enjoyment is what I strive for in every interaction.
