About Tayara
I am a dedicated guitar tutor with 9 years of tutoring experience, teaching students from school level to working professionals. I enjoy helping learners develop musical skills while building confidence and creativity.
My teaching philosophy is centred on individual guidance and steady improvement. I believe every student has the ability to learn music when taught with patience and clear instruction. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s learning pace and goals.
My lessons include guitar basics, chords, scales, rhythm exercises, strumming and picking techniques, and song performance. I also introduce simple music theory to help students understand the structure of music and play with confidence.
Throughout my teaching journey, many of my students have performed on stage, participated in cultural programmes, and developed a strong interest in music. Watching students grow musically is one of my biggest achievements.
I aim to create a friendly and motivating environment where students enjoy learning. My goal is to help students build strong guitar skills and a lifelong love for music.

My teaching methodology is practical, student-friendly, and focused on real-life application. I believe guitar learning should be connected to how music is actually played and enjoyed in daily life. I use real songs, performance situations, and small case studies to explain techniques, chords, and rhythm clearly. This helps students understand not only what to play, but why they are playing it.
I begin by understanding each student’s current level, learning pace, and musical interest. Clear communication is an important part of my teaching. I explain concepts in simple words, demonstrate them patiently, and make sure students are comfortable before moving to the next topic. I encourage students to ask questions and share their difficulties openly.
Integrity guides my teaching approach. I give honest feedback and focus on correct posture, finger placement, timing, and sound quality. Along with guitar, I also teach relevant subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm practice, ear training, and song interpretation. My goal is to help students become confident, disciplined, and skilled musicians.
