About Valentina
I am a dedicated guitar tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Guitar Performance. My teaching style is flexible and student-focused. I work with all levels from Beginner to Advanced.
I specialise in slide guitar techniques, open tunings, and fingerpicking blues. These are key elements of blues guitar. I guide students step by step. This builds strong technique and musical expression.
I also teach Delta, Chicago, and Piedmont blues styles. Each style has its own sound and feel. I help students understand and apply these styles. This makes learning more meaningful.
My teaching approach is supportive and motivating. I give clear feedback and encouragement. Students feel confident and engaged. Let’s explore your musical voice through the blues.

My teaching approach helps guitar students become confident music readers. I follow a structured and simple method. Students learn standard notation and tablature together. This builds a strong foundation.
We begin with basic note reading and simple rhythms. I guide students through sight-reading exercises. Rhythm notation is introduced early. This improves timing and coordination.
As students develop, they read more complex pieces. I help them understand musical patterns and phrasing. Sight-reading becomes easier with practice. Confidence grows steadily.
I support students who enjoy clear and detailed learning. I also guide those exploring different musical styles. I give consistent feedback. Let’s discover written music together.
