About Zari
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Guitar Performance and have 9 years of experience teaching guitar. My passion for music started through performing, songwriting, and exploring different musical genres. Teaching became a natural extension of that passion as I discovered how rewarding it is to help others grow as musicians.
My teaching style combines structure with creativity. Every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons to fit individual strengths and goals. Through demonstrations, guided practice, and performance coaching, I help learners build technical skill while maintaining enthusiasm for music. Supporting confidence and creativity is a key part of my approach.
Outside tutoring, I enjoy recording music, composing original pieces, and learning new guitar techniques. These experiences help me bring fresh inspiration into my lessons. Teaching guitar is fulfilling because I get to witness students achieve milestones they once thought were difficult. Their growth keeps me motivated every day.

My guitar lessons are designed to help students build strong technical abilities while enjoying the creative side of music. We cover chords, rhythm training, fingerstyle techniques, lead guitar playing, improvisation, ear training, music theory, and song performance through practical and engaging exercises. I focus on helping learners understand music rather than simply memorizing patterns. This encourages long-term growth and confidence.
Lessons are tailored to match the student’s interests, goals, and current skill level. Beginners focus on developing coordination, learning essential chords, and building rhythm skills. Intermediate players strengthen technique, musical expression, and repertoire development. Advanced students refine improvisation, performance preparation, and stylistic versatility. Personalized guidance helps learners continue progressing effectively.
I believe music should be both educational and enjoyable. My lessons provide a supportive environment where students can explore new ideas and develop their own musical style. As skills improve, confidence naturally grows. My goal is to help learners become capable and expressive guitarists who enjoy making music.
