About Roberta
"Barre chords and power chords form the foundation of my teaching style for students preparing for grade exams. Electric technique and chord transitions define the technical side while songwriting provides the creative outlet. I have spent 13 years playing gigs where I learned what works under a spotlight.
These skills in tuning and maintenance are essential for anyone who wants to hold their own on stage. Having guided many players over the years, I enjoy watching students move from simple strumming to complex arrangements with ease."

"Sometimes it is the small adjustments that make playing guitar feel like second nature. My process involves bringing my own instrument and a portable amp to your space to keep things comfortable.
I focus on showing you how to handle the rigors of live performance using my background from Belmont University. We will track your progress through a monthly recorded review so you can see your own development over time.
These sessions prioritize usable skills that stand up to the pressure of an audience. I keep the environment relaxed and focused on your specific musical trajectory.
