About Makenna
Music existed as my primary reality since early childhood. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance from the Curtis Institute of Music and utilize 13 years of experience to guide students. My instruction centers on building technique without sacrificing the enjoyment found in playing instruments.
I support teens, returning learners, and adults in developing their abilities. My technical approach ensures that rhythm and clarity remain at the forefront. Students consistently gain the control necessary to perform with high confidence after 1 term. I look forward to helping you reach your specific musical objectives.
