About Guilherme
Hello, I am OQTO, or Guilherme Ubeda for the arrivals :) I am an illustrator, designer and plastic artist of the South of Minas with a trajectory of more than ten years that passes through several areas of visual production like editorial, publicity, autoral, university, stamping , etc. I recently decided to help people, especially microentrepreneurs, acquire their autonomy in visual production for their own brand or name. I have worked autonomously, with and in advertising agencies, in classrooms, but always with people. Currently, my concern is to prove that graphic design can be for everyone.

My classes focus primarily on stimulating "thinking design". Design is, in its essence, a smart solution to problems, thinking design means identifying the message to be transmitted and being able to empathically reach your audience in the most efficient way possible. For this, my courses are structured in a way that synchronously transmits both the technical and theoretical knowledge of the design. Learning the "photoshop of the thing", by hand in the mass with the main tools of graphic production such as Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, or even Canva, while learning about typography (which type of font best matches other ), colors (how and why to select a specific palette), composition (how to organize shapes, texts and photos and other elements to take the person's look directly to the most relevant information). The idea is, after all, autonomy, and that you never have to spend hiring a designer again, or get irritated by asking favors from the "nephew who moves in photoshop" :)
