About Emily

I currently work in a school with children with special needs. I have 3 years of experience working with students of various ages, abilities, and educational interests. I have a robust understanding of psychology basics as well as specific therapeutic modalities and uses. I help students understand diagnoses and the purpose of diagnosis in healing and treatment.

About the lesson

I have been working in the psychology field since I began my degree, and I firmly believe that there is no better way to learn than to be able to apply. I help my students understand the real-world applications of psychology principles! Psychology has value and relevance to every-day life.
I commit to helping students learn in whatever way is best for them. I am flexible and value questions.

I do my psychology statistics homework with Emily and anytime I get something wrong she knows the correct answer off the top of her head. It is amazing. She eat breathes and lives psychology, you can trust her to help you learn!! She is the biggest inspiration for me getting a psychology degree in the first place. Not to mention Emily works in a life skills middle school classroom and has learned a lot about effective teaching.
