About Sam
Hi all,
My names Sam and I've been a health coach for around 3 years offering help to those who need it through their doctors surgeries. I'm keen to help peoplereach their fitness and exercise goals but guiding them and keeping them accountable. The aim of the sessions don't always have to be health and fitness related, you can choose where you would like the focus!

I am offering health and wellbeing session which aim to improve motivation, typically around exercise, diet and lifestyle changes but can be adapted to suit your needs.
These session can be weekly, biweekly or monthly and usually last 30-45 minutes. I have vast experience, in personal training, diet advice and weight loss.
