About Alessandro
I am a graduate in Literature, Arts and Archeology at the University of Ferrara, I deal with prehistoric archeology and at the moment I am collaborating with a research group of the CNR for my thesis project. I'm working on the paleoenvironmental reconstruction of a site in northern Italy to understand how the landscape has changed during the transition period between Homo di Neandertal and Homo Sapiens.

My lessons are for high school students and university / graduate students. Regarding the Latin lessons, after a grammar test and a translation test to verify the level, I adopt a contrastive approach that is of constant comparison with Italian, in order to facilitate the assimilation of the grammatical structures and rules. As for the literature, I hold lessons based on the scholastic / university programs, with particular attention to the texts and the re-elaboration of the information through a mainly deductive method (we start from the texts to then reason on the authors' poetics and on the characteristics of the works), so as to make the lesson more dynamic. Finally I offer support for the research of bibliographic sources for theses and theses, suggestions on how to consult databases, on software to be used for the preparation of bibliography. Free discussion on thesis topics and preparation of preliminary steps to the drafting.
