About Felicia
I am a passionate and supportive piano and music theory tutor who enjoys helping young students build confidence and enjoy learning music. I create patient, encouraging, and engaging lessons that are suited to each student’s learning style and goals.
I have completed AMEB Piano Levels 1–8 with High Distinction, completed AMEB Theory with high achievements, and received the AMEB Certificate of Performance, one of AMEB’s highest awards. My strong background in piano performance, music theory, and exam preparation allows me to help students improve both their skills and confidence in music.

My Teaching Approach
I teach in a patient, encouraging, and step-by-step way so students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. My lessons focus on:
Understanding music theory clearly and practically
Improving rhythm, note reading, and aural skills
Piano playing tips and techniques
Building confidence and enjoyment in music
I use interactive activities, examples, practice exercises, and simple explanations to help students stay engaged and motivated.

12+ years of piano experience
Completed AMEB Piano Levels 1–8 with High Distinction
Completed AMEB Theory exams with high results
Awarded the AMEB Certificate of Performance, one of AMEB’s highest achievements
Strong background in music theory, sight reading, aural skills, and piano performance
Experienced in helping younger students learn in a calm and supportive environment
