I has been involved for more than 8 years in the area of Built Environment especially on research & innovation, program coordination, and business development & business strategic planning.
Also, I am equipped with deep insight of knowledge on Industrialised Building System (IBS), Strategic Planning and Budgetary Control. with these ample knowledge, I would love to teach those who are needed for them to be ready with industrial practice

As a professional Technologist in Building and Construction, I will teach conduct a teaching session by reflecting on the real practice. I'm use to give seminars to those who are needed especially in Industrialised Building System and Construction Financing.
I was a tutor in one of the renowned University in Malaysia by teaching Construction Finance and Budgeting by using computer which a bonus point for student to embarking on the industrial practice.
