About Lilia

I started doing yoga basically for myself to stretch more after exercising and deepen my practice. But the mor I do yoga the more I do yoga the more I feel the need to share it to the world for it's infinite benefits.For me, yoga is a discipline, a lifestyle that happens beyong the mat.

About the lesson

From my classes you can expect a ease and gentle way into getting to know more about yoga foundations, from the very basic asanas into a decent level of practice.
I speak Arabic, French and English fluent. So if youare bilingueor more we can get along together and easily connect.
