About Ruslana

When I started Year 11, I had only one clear goal in my mind: ATAR above 90%. This was to ensure entry into the course and university of my dreams. Well, I did receive my 92.85% and now I want to help others achieve their goals.

As I went forward, I realised that I'm not only good at the subjects I study, but I am also good at helping others master those subjects.

I organised study groups in various subjects and enjoyed the teaching aspect of my role. So, I want to bring this tradition of helping VCE students into my university years.

About the lesson

Hi, I'm Ruslana! I know Year 12 can be stressful (so little time, so much work). Yeah, I've been there. You know what got me through it, though? Getting through the content with my fellow students, explaining the material, and creating strategies.

Throughout the year, I was practicing explaining the most complex Biology concepts, unpacking texts in Literature, and explaining how to utilize them to receive top marks. I also worked on getting through milestones in Visual Communication Design.

Depending on the student's needs and goals, I will create highly personalised lessons, share tips, and help them conquer the subject. This includes unpacking the task and explaining the best way to approach it with examples from my own work (my SAC results: 90%+).

Lesson duration is 60 minutes.
