About Ana
I graduated with a Master of Biomedicine, majoring in Neuroscience! I have always been so fascinated by the human brain since young and I knew from deep within my heart that I wanted to do meaningful things in life that could help others. The brain controls all our movements and emotions and it's the most important organ to me! I've dealt with some pretty harsh situations in my life and during my low periods, I reflected every day and have fortunately been able to emerge stronger and more confident! And I want to help you achieve that too :)

each lesson can vary from 1-2 hours depending on your need
my lessons are targeted specially for youths aged between 18-30 but do reach out even if you dont fall into the age range and i am more than willing to still cater to your specific needs
