About Helen
I am a homeschool mum and tutor. And my passion is to help others achieve their learning goals. My previous experience was working in a college, but once I had my daughter I became a tutor. From 2014 I started to homeschool my daughter and taught her to read and write and found teaching English was my favourite subject. This passion led to teaching students English online and also face to face. During this time I developed a small educational business in which I create online lessons in a range of subjects for children ages 7-12 years old, and also a range of educational worksheets. I am also currently writing a children's educational book with my daughter on the adventures of two children explorers. I love learning and have an even greater passion for teaching others.

The first lesson will always be an introduction to understanding your educational needs and concerns. This first lesson will help to customise your future lessons and help to make each lesson vital to achieving your long-term goals. From this lesson onwards I will explain to you the structure of your lessons and how we will work together. Lessons are always engaging, fun, colourful and very creative. Lessons will include interactive PowerPoints, games, individual specialised learning needs and ending each lesson with recapping the lesson's key points.
