About Dhananjay
Mathematics has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
I graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics, a major in Actuarial Science, and a minor in Statistics. I currently work as an Actuarial Analyst at a major insurance company.
For my high school, I did the IB Diploma Program and graduated top of my class in Math.
My areas of proficiency include calculus, statistics, trigonometry, and algebra.
Additionally, I am extremely adept with mental mathematics. I can impart my skills with the abacus to you as well if that's something that interests you!

I take online 1-1 classes every Saturday and Sunday. The minimum is 1 hour, but I am open to extending the time limit as necessary.
The first class will be free of charge. We can discuss areas in mathematics that you require help with and you can decide whether or not you'd like to go forward with me as your tutor.
I create PowerPoint slides before every class, provide weekly problem sets for you to solve before the next lecture, and discuss any questions/roadblocks you may have in solving them.
I am extremely patient and empathetic and always encourage a question-answer type of learning experience. I will always be available through email throughout the week so you will be able to reach out to me anytime!
