About Sarah

I graduated from university with a First Class honours in Theatre Dance. I am eager to continue to develop my skills and knowledge as a versatile dancer. In 2023, I auditioned for Alvin Ailey summer intensive and was fortunate to have been accepted. It was truly a life-changing experience.

I've always had a passion for teaching. I started as a teaching assistant at my old dance school to build the skills and gain experience. Within a year, I progressed to becoming a teacher at other dance schools, and now I'm running my own classes.

About the lesson

I tailor every lesson to each individual student. I begin by discussing your goals, experience level and preferences so I can plan sessions that suit your needs. I welcome students of all ages and levels. Lessons typically last between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 mins.

Each session starts with a cardio warm-up to get the heart pumping, followed by core and arm exercises to build strength and control. We then move into fundamental techniques specific to your chosen style. To finish, we'll work through a combination that brings everything together, helping you apply what you've learnt in a fun and practical way.
