I value using visuals to help students understand concepts as well as building off of prior knowledge. It is important to start with what a student knows and go from there.
A typical lesson would start with a review from the lesson prior and questions before starting to go into the current lesson.
I specialize in Algebra 2, Physics, and Chemistry, but I also can tutor grade school or middle school students as well.
