About Shivani

Kathak was something I started to learn before reading or writing and today I want to contribute my learnings to those who are also passionate and interested to learn this dance style! From miles away that helps me connect with students is KATHAK. I also enjoy teaching Zumba and freestyle! I am a finance student studying at the Warwick Business School, I wish to stay in touch with kathak by means of teaching others and improvising my own skills apart from academics.

About the lesson

My teaching method would be personal/ practical sessions since that is the best way to deliver practice for KATHAK. Holding classes once/ twice a week for 2 hours each will enable better understanding of the dance form for the student.

Perfect! Shivani is amazing. My daughter is really enjoying her lessons. She feels very comfortable with her and looks forward to her lesson. Most important thing in a lesson is when a child feels happy and looks forward to the lesson. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn dance from Shivani.
