About Cassandria
I am a devoted wife to one, a loving mother of two, the first of three children and a dedicated teacher to many. I rediscovered my love for teaching while serving in the United States Navy and soon after received my bachelor's degree followed by a masters in psychology in psychology. I have been an elementary school teacher for five years and loved every minute of it. I taught 1st grade for three years, second grade for one year and fourth grade for 1 year. I have taught both face-to-face and virtually. I believe in a holistic approach of teaching, focusing not only on the student academic needs but all their needs on a whole.

My lessons are an awesome combination of fun and interactive. My lesson are tailored to the needs of my students, incorporating things that they are interested in to grab their attention. Lesson are partially student lead, giving them an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge while building on their understanding and confidence.
