Details
I offer training programs that begin with a complete medical history of the client to determine their initial general situation and goals. After this, the initial workout plan is created, lasting 6-10 weeks (depending on the individual's initial situation). The program explains everything in detail (technique, sets, repetitions, recovery, and other information). Available on WhatsApp or any other social media for any questions, explanations, exercise corrections via video, or any eventual pain. First workout plan 20$.
