Hello everyone! I'm thrilled to be your teacher. With an MSc Hons in Food Technology and over three years spent working in the food industry, I bring real-world experience directly into our learning. Coupled with a year of teaching at both college and private levels, I've discovered a real passion for sharing this knowledge with you.
