About Beatriz

I've been working as a content analyst in Dublin for four years and now I am looking for students who want to learn with me during the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Before coming to Ireland, I worked as a journalist for two years and, since I started my university, as a private teacher. About the lesson

I am a Spanish native living in Dublin, graduated in Journalism and Media Communications. I've been teaching Spanish (and any subject in that language) for more than ten years and I am specialized in DELE Courses for adults and educational lessons for kids. I conduct classes in a dynamic way, but also with a focus on grammar and vocabulary, with personalized exercises depending on the age and level. My classes are one hour in length, which is usually divided the following way. They vary for adults and children. When it comes to children, at the very beginning we start by getting comfortable with the language and class, so they become more interested in the subject by bringing their own topics. As we move forward, I progressively introduce grammar lessons and give them some time to fill up the exercise/lecture, helping them at the beginning and leaving the kids about 10 minutes to finish the given task. This second part should take about 40 minutes. The last ten minutes we finish with games to practice both speaking and listening. For adults, classes are grammar-focused, depending on the final aim (DELE Exam, general Spanish lessons, etc.) *Length of a lesson under request*
