According to me teaching is a part of understanding. First a teacher should be little frank with the students and it creates a positive environment between teacher and student. Tell students to understand the sentences, don't tell them to learn the sentences. Because of learning the sentences students doesn't able to understand the basics and facts. They are doing 'Ratta'. So stop telling them to learn and start telling them to understand the meanings and facts of each subjects. I believe in discipline so that students also behaves in a discipline manner.
