Hey there! I'm Alessandro, your friendly Italian chef straight from beautiful Tuscany. I learned the ropes of cooking from my nonna at a very young age, surrounded by the gorgeous hills and vineyards.
In my kitchen, I like to keep things simple but bursting with flavor. I specialize in classic Tuscan dishes like ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, and the famous bistecca alla fiorentina.
Also in international cusine and desserts.
