About T Joseph Thanghoikhual
During the period after graduation and before Masters, which was for about 3 months, I was tutoring students online for Mathematics subject and most of them could understand my way of teaching very well and they were able make the most out of it. Most of them were able to score good grades during their exams. I also have a good communication skills which helped me express my knowledge to the students in a very effective manner and that the students could understand whatever I explained without much difficulty. Moreover I am student friendly and this made my students learn at ease and efficiently.

My methodology of teaching is completely based on understanding the concepts very well and then tackling problems rather than just finishing portions without much understanding. I would also focus on taking regular assessments to build confidence among the students so that the students would become ready for any related exams. I would also focus on taking feedbacks from students on a regular basis so that I can do my best in the way so as to make the students completely understand the concepts and ideas related with the subject.
