I am a mechanic in the Army Reserves. I don't have much experience but I would like to learn as you learn new techniques to teach and help others who don't quite understand be able to comprehend their work in an easier more efficient way.

My approach is I figure out what they don't quite understand and give them different examples and techniques and see which the student finds easier to understand and work with better then we keep practicing that technique until I'm sure that they are comfortable in their work.
