I am a highly dedicated and patient tutor with a strong background in exercise science, Pilates instruction, and public health. I specialize in breaking down complex concepts into clear, simple explanations and helping students build real understanding—not just memorization. With experience teaching movement, anatomy, and rehabilitation principles, I bring a supportive, organized, and confidence-building approach to every session.
