About Paloma
My name is Paloma Estrada. I am from Cuba, I am 24 years old. I have been studying music since I was 10 years old. I graduated from Jose White Music Conservatory in Camagüey, Cuba, as a classical guitarist but I also play and teach Piano and Music Theory. I have taught in several Music Schools,I used to play in Santa Maria Ex Corde Orchestra, in many popular music groups. I was part of an Anklung orchestra which is typical Indonesian instrument. I used to work for the Indonesia embassy, traveling giving concerts throughout the country. I had a guitar and cello duo with which we went to several competitions.

I like that my students have a foundation in music theory so that it is easier for them to understand how both the guitar and the piano work, this also helps them to be more creative and independent. I teach both popular and classical guitar, always starting from developing a good technique that allows your fingers to have enough strength to play any guitar resource. I speak spanish and english.
