About Julie
I am from Peru, Lima, graduated in Communication Sciences. I immigrated to the United States in the 90s, and I had the wonderful experience of meeting people from many countries, which I love. That is why it seemed perfect to me to study to be a Spanish teacher, since now (living in Peru again) I will continue to be in contact with other cultures. I speak English and can translate texts into Spanish.

I always loved teaching, it was my second choice after Communication/Journalism. My experience as an editor makes me much more knowledgeable about our wonderful language, so as soon as I found out that this career is picking up and gives me the option to meet people from different countries and cultures, I took the one-year Spanish Teacher for Foreigners course. . I focus on aspects that helped me when I was an English student, that is, making classes enjoyable, didactic and using easy and dynamic tools. I prefer to start with students from level A1, but I can also help more advanced levels that require conversation practice.
