About Jorge
I am a 10 year mechanical engineer and worked my last 5 as a mentor for younger engineers. So I understand that sometimes things can get overwhelming and I'm more than capable of providing a safe space where all questions can be answered. I recently graduated with an MBA so looking for different methods to increase understanding comes naturally for me.

I like to stay flexible in my lessons. I believe not everyone learns the same way, so I will adapt to my student to make sure I provide the best help and increase their understanding. I can stay high level as a review to see where they are at and then dig deep into the areas where the most assistance is needed.
