Hi, I'm Yiran Shu, a passionate dance instructor with a rich background in Hip Hop, House and Contemporary dance. Based in Brooklyn, NY, I've immersed myself in the vibrant New York street and social dance scene. My approach to teaching combines a deep understanding of musicality, rhythm, and freestyle expression, all tailored to help you find your unique groove. About the lesson

House and Hip Hop Class.
Foundation drilling, Freestyle and Routine (Choreo).
1-Hour House Dance Drilling Session (Online)

Warm-Up (10 minutes)

Light cardio (2 minutes)
Dynamic stretching (4 minutes)
Basic groove exercises (4 minutes)
Drills (40 minutes)

Footwork Basics (15 minutes)
Heel-toe, shuffle, pas de bourrée.
