About Agathe
It was in high school that I developed my taste for teaching and transmission when I gave "lessons" to my classmates who did not understand, with as much ease as me, certain lessons.
The choice of a teaching career was put on hold during my 6 years of university studies. It was only limited to support classes that I gave to high school students in parallel with my studies.
After obtaining my Master degree in Management at Paris Dauphine University in 2018, and after several professional missions in France and abroad, it is now clear that this vocation has never left me.
Today I am planning to become a school teacher and the support classes I give here will be the perfect opportunity to start practicing this wonderful profession.

My support courses are for elementary school to high school students who need support in Math, English and Economy & Sociology.
I start each course by letting the student express his or her difficulties and expectations. To help him/her clarify his/her need for academic support, I ask him/her few questions about his/her level and the particular lesson he/she wishes to take. This way, I am able to focus the course in order to directly address the difficulties he/she encounters.
I rely as much as possible on school resources (book, internet resources...). I can also make other suggestions if the situation justifies it (blocking the examples in the book for example). In general, I am keen to adapt my pedagogy each student :)
I offer these support courses out of passion, for the pleasure of transmitting and sharing. It is therefore important to me to create an environment where the student feels confident enough to ask all the questions they wish.
